Ingredients
Water 250 ml
Lemon, 0.5 fruit (6 g)
Cayenne Pepper, 0.5 tsp (1 g)
Cinnamon, 0.5 tsp (2 g)
Apple cider vinegar (10 ml)
Honey 10 g
Grated Ginger 2 g
How to Prepare
Add water, cayenne pepper, cinnamon , apple cider vinegar, grated ginger in a saucepan and boil them for 2-3 minutes.
Now add lemon juice and sweetener , stir them well.
Drink hot or warm empty stomach after drinking 1-2 glass of water.
